If your purchase was made outside of karamd.com or from “KaraMD” on Amazon.com, please have details ready regarding where and when you made the purchase. You may be asked to provide proof of purchase, submit photos of the product or its packaging, mail the product back to KaraMD, or provide other relevant information to help us process your request.
Please note, since we cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, the Guarantee does not apply to purchases made from unauthorized sellers, including unverified online platforms, unless prohibited by law.
