I had a check up with my doctor recently and she discovered I was a little dehydrated. I told her I was drinking at least a gallon or more each day but I still seemed to be dehydrated. She told me I was flushing out my electrolytes and needed to add electrolytes to my water and suggested this product along with some others. She seemed to like this product best so I tried it and it worked perfectly! I now don’t have to drink as much water to stay hydrated and, as a result, less bathroom trips! As an added bonus, it’s much cheaper than the competition!!!

We have been using another popular brand for a couple of years and wow what a difference Kara, MD Pure I,V. makes. To begin with, the flavors are delicious. I drink a packet in 32oz of water and it is still full of flavor without being too sweet. I am thankful there is no stevia which upsets my stomach. Pure I.V. contains high quality ingredients We bought enough to give out at the end of our daughter’s wedding reception this summer.

These are so good! The Watermelon is my favorite but at this time the only way to get that flavor is in the variety pack. The Watermelon has been out of stock since I made my first order. I find that I can use one packet of any flavor in 24oz of water & the flavor is great!
